Yoga in Sanskrit means union. Yoga is a practice and realisation of wholeness. Yoga is more than just physical postures; it’s a holistic practice that integrates body, mind, and spirit.

Therapies

Quantum Coherence Therapy– Is a form of energy healing developed by Charles Thackaberry and Stuart Breen. It is based in quantum physics and foundation of Chinese Medicine. It can be received in person and via distance.

Sound Therapy utilises the healing power of sound vibrations to restore balance and harmony to the body and mind. Our sessions involve using voice and a range of instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, creating an immersive experience that can help reduce stress, alleviate pain, and promote deep relaxation and healing.

Massage is designed to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation throughout the body. By combining techniques from various traditions the treatment addresses physical discomfort while also soothing the mind and spirit. The massage is individually crafted for each person. The techniques used are: Liudong Qi Massage, Lomi Lomi Massage and Holistic Massage. Each treatment is accompanied by hand crafted oils infused by healing herbs and high vibrational process.

Teaching

Kamila teaches in mindful and gentle way focusing on deep and subtle awareness of each movement. The main purpose of her classes will be to root into oneself using the practice as a simple tool.

Meditation Meditation is the art of cultivating awareness and finding stillness within. Through various techniques, including focused attention, mindfulness, and loving-kindness practices, we guide you toward a state of mental clarity and emotional calmness. Meditation offers profound benefits for stress reduction, emotional health, and enhancing overall well-being.

Dance is a wonderful way to open up creativity and enjoy being in the body. Moving to music or sounds of nature as well as learning different dance forms are great way of reducing stress and opening the heart. It brings back the dancer right back to experiencing joy and feeling emotions.

Terms and Conditions of using Alchemy Multiverse Online studio, Live Yoga and Meditation Classes via Zoom, pre-recorded content, and online challenges. Before you undertake an online yoga practice, it is up to you – the practitioner to assess your ability with the level of the class chosen. You can always reach out via phone, or message to inquire about your choice with the member of Alchemy Multiverse team. Due to the online nature of content you will need to be guided by the wisdom of your own body, while understanding your own boundaries within any given exercise. The physical practice of yoga asanas asks from you self- inquiry and self-assessment of your own abilities and limitations to keep the practice safe and injury free. Remember that every exercise proposed in the video is guidance. There will be options and modifications given, yet it is your own body, which gives you the most information about how far you can go. If you suffer from any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions, please consult your GP before undertaking a new exercise routine. If you are pregnant you can choose yoga practices modified to be safe during pregnancy. Yoga is a safe practice for the majority of people, yet it needs to be approached respectfully and there are certain conditions, which need prior attention before pursuing a physical practice. If you are unsure, please consult your GP before starting the class. As a practitioner, you are responsible for communicating any health conditions, concerns, or recent advice from your doctor, which may affect your practice. All personal information is confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
