About Course

Take one step at a time, one day at a time. Do as much, or as little as you like. I will meet you, where you are. We will move, breathe, meditate and move a little bit more through the whole experience. This year is about discipline, establishing a healthy routine, coming back to the knowledge of your own strength and power.


All you need to practice Yoga is a piece of space and commitment. This practice is only 20 minutes a day and it is for everyone even in their starting point

  • Mainly video content which can be accessed and repeated from any place.


  • No special requirements needed. We will teach you from the scratch, it is however for the safety and comfort needed to have a yoga mat, or for the first classes some folded blanket.
