2. Eligibility

To participate in the therapies, courses, or classes, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are booking therapy or any medical-related services, you confirm that you are in good health and that there are no medical restrictions preventing you from engaging in these activities.

3. Therapy Session/Course/Program Access

Once you register for a therapy session, course, or class, you will be granted access as per the agreed-upon duration. This may include materials, recordings, and any supplementary resources.

4. Refund Policy

Massage and Private Treatment Refund Policy

• You may cancel your massage or private treatment up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to treatment are non-refundable.

• If Alchemy Multiverse cancels the appointment, a full refund will be issued.

Sound Bath and Classes Refund Policy

• Cancel up to 48 hours before the event to receive a 50% refund.

• Tickets can be transferred to another person, with prior notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If Alchemy Multiverse cancels the session, a full refund will be provided.

• No refunds or transfers for short-notice cancellations within 24 hours.

Courses Refund Policy

• Cancel up to 48 hours before the course start for a refund (deposit is non-refundable).

• No refunds are issued after the course begins. Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed.

• If Alchemy Multiverse cancels the course, a full refund will be provided.

• By booking a therapy, you understand that the services provided are not intended to replace professional medical advice or treatment. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions before the session.
